Online system for managing
A dedicated internet system for managing, documenting, and controlling operations on the client’s site enables our clients to enjoy an online fumigation file. The system allows company clients to check the findings of tests and on-site treatments anywhere and anytime. The system provides direct online updates and makes it possible to produce visual reports, graphs, and tables on an extensive array of data regarding infestation levels and pest types. Via the system, customers can view maps and the site identification and fumigation processes, as well as the control methods and treatments, with segmentation by period, type of pest, region, and detection/fumigation station type. Clients can download documents on the preparations used, including material safety [MSDS] pamphlets, preparation labels, and registration certificates. Clients can directly contact the Customer Service center from the system; a PDF is sent automatically at the end of each treatment with a report of the findings and a signed log of all fumigation actions. Clients have the option of receiving a quarterly pest control presentation including infestation trends, major incidents, complaints, faults, and recommendations. Digital fumigation file
In addition to the digital fumigation file, each branch and customer site receives a dedicated physical pest control file that includes a breakdown of the service, annual plan, permits, insurance policy, a table of fumigation materials used, and so on.
