With over 40 years of vast experience, Roni Eilam is one of the founders of Israel’s pest control and pesticides industry. A renowned prominent expert and entrepreneur in the field, Eilamhas developed and led numerous service enhancement processes over the years, while setting new standards in the industry. Roni is a graduate of all the top required training programs in this discipline and holds every license and certificate that is required in this field of expertise, and even beyond.

Liran Eilam, Attorney
Vice President of Quality & Development
Liran has 13 years of experience in various managerial and operative positions within the Group, which encompass all of its areas of operation.
Liran holds several licenses, issued by leading certified quality control entities and holds all other field-required certifications. Eilamis a lecturer on the subject of pest control in training centers and before various management forums of some of the leading companies and corporations in the market. He also lectures at recurrent, in-house training programs.
Eilam holds an LLB degree (graduated cum laude) and has interned at the Deputy Attorney General’s Office, in the Legal Department of the Israel Land Administration Authority.
And he holds a master's degree at Bar-Ilan University in the EMBA program for senior executives

Dr. Roberto Della Rocca, veterinarian and agronomist
Business Development Manager
Dr. Roberto Della Rocca is a public health expert with 30 years of experience in quality assurance, including overseeing pest monitoring, prevention and eradication. Dr. Della Rocca was a supervising veterinarian at a leading slaughterhouse, and for over a decade he had managed the Animal-Food Supervisory Department of the Veterinary Services at the Ministry of Agriculture.
Furthermore, Roberto had served as the Director for Quality Assurance at Shufersal for many years and in the framework of this position he had led and managed projects on sustainability, corporate social responsibility, quality and health.
Dr. Della Rocca is a researcher and trainer on animal behavior at the Weizmann Institute of Science, as well as a lecturer at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, at the School of Veterinary Medicine. He also lectures in conferences in Israel and abroad on the subjects of food safety and quality.
Dr. Della Rocca is a graduate of the Faculty of Agriculture, Food and Environment (with a major in animals) from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem; he is also a graduate of the Quality Control of Fresh Agricultural Produce Course and agraduate of a course for Municipal Veterinary Medicine. He’s the co-founder and member of the Food Safety & Security Forum in Israel and the founder of GFSI – London 2000, the most influential international organization on food safety.

Yoni Yanovsky, Sanitarian
Professional Manager and Supervisor
Yanovsky brings with him 12 years of rich experience in operational, managerial and supervisory roles in a wide range of market sectors, particularly in medical centers and in the food & pharmaceutical industries – in the areas of pest and pigeon monitoring, prevention and control.
Yanovsky lectures at training centers, as well as before management forums of leading companies and corporations in the market, and in recurrent in-house training programs.
Yoni is a graduate of the Ministry of Health Licensed Sanitarian Course and has many other field-related qualifications.
Yoni is licensed sanitarian by the Ministry of Health, license no. 1236 / a certified snake trapper / holds a rodent and insect control permit, as well as fumigation a control, issued by the Israeli Environmental Protection Ministry - no. 1802

Ariel-Leib-Leonid Friedman, M. Sc.
Company’s Scientist, Entomologist
With extensive and accumulated experience, Friedman is an expert in the discipline of insect identification, development, environment and behavior.
Leonid is an expert in weevils, taking part in scientific research in this field, both in Israel and abroad.
Leonid completed his B.Sc. studies in the Bar-Ilan University, and his M.Sc. studies in the Tel Aviv University in Zoology and Ecology and is manager of the Coleoptera Collection in the National Collection of Insects.

Corporate Customer Relations Manager
The Company’s office manager, with more than 8 years of specialized experience in customer relations management – in the implementation of engagement agreements and their execution.
Eilam manages tenders and is in charge of strategic customer retention.
